  • To generate interest amongst the Saudi business and media communities we had to tailor and focus our messages and communication
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive local media relations programme surrounding the forum organisers, Saudi government ministers, and participants
  • Distributed and localised all media materials and helped to coordinate a full-scale press centre during the four-day event


  • International media coverage gained with endorsements from leading Arab and international businessmen
  • Front page coverage of the event in Saudi dailies
  • Coverage appeared on regional TV and radio stations and in local and international publications, ensuring comprehensive messaging throughout Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and beyond
